Regeneria Systems Consulting designs education programs, methodologies, and EU-funded projects that help organizations and institutions build the skills and systems needed for a regenerative future.
Our mission
Regeneria Systems Consulting bridges the gap between sustainability theory and practical implementation.
We support organizations, educators, and public institutions in developing the capabilities required to manage impact, redesign economic systems, and move from extractive and compliance-driven models toward regenerative ones.
What we work on
Impact Management in Practice
Regeneria develops practical approaches to help organizations move from impact reporting to impact-informed decision-making. This includes the design of impact management frameworks, competency models, learning programs, and operational tools that support teams in integrating social and environmental considerations into everyday strategy and operations.
Regenerative Economics Beyond Theory
Regeneria works on translating regenerative economic principles and systems thinking into concrete applications for organizations, educators, and public institutions. The focus lies on connecting conceptual models with real-world use cases such as organizational design, business model development, and policy-oriented learning formats.
Education and Knowledge Transfer for Systemic Change
Regeneria designs and supports education formats that build long-term capacity for sustainability and regeneration, including university curricula, professional training programs, and collaborative learning initiatives with academic and institutional partners across Europe.
ReGen Rhythm – The Pulse of Regenerative Futures
ReGen Rhythm is a research-informed podcast exploring the future of regeneration and regenerative business through thoughtful, place-based, and practice-grounded conversations. The podcast bridges academic insight, industry practice, and lived experience, creating a space where diverse regenerative voices shape shared understanding of what regeneration can become.
Co-hosted by Arome Ibrahim (DREAM+PLAN Doctoral Fellow at LUT University & RMIT University) and Sandra Fernholz (Regeneria Systems Consulting), ReGen Rhythm brings together leading and emerging thinkers from across sectors and geographies to reflect on the realities, tensions, and opportunities of regenerative change.
